Important: Minor Bug in Latest Update – Ghostery for Firefox 2.5.*

What happened?

It’s kind of a long story, but in updating our list of detectable page elements last night, we broke something. If you choose to block, Ghostery may report a small handful of elements as being blocked when they actually aren’t. If you don’t block, you can stop reading here and check this out.

How do I fix it?

The fix for this is simple: Go into Ghostery for Firefox’s options and click save. That’s it, nothing more to do! I even made some handy images for you guys. Check em’:

    I hope this is the fix for Ghostry displaying the bugs but not placing a line through them even though they should be blocked and the message Ghostry gives states they have been blocked as I indicated in the options.
